The banking sector in India is highly competitive. Traditional local banks are making unprecedented moves to stay competitive versus the big international players. Federal Bank made one such, with an app that offered digitization of the archaic pass book.
This film introduces the new app to customers through the story of a young couple. The husband, like so many of us on a busy morning, is a little forgetful and asks his wife for his keys, glasses, etc. She patiently points them out, including his pass book, which is now the mobile phone he’s holding.
